Built to carry more, made from what already exists. Our backpacks combine everyday function with repurposed, deadstock and vintage materials, individually handmade to order in London.

Repurposed MA-1 military flight jackets sit at the heart of the collection, transformed into lightweight, hard-wearing backpacks while retaining original pockets, seams and details wherever possible. Across the range they're combined with materials including deadstock Halley Stevensons dry wax cotton, vintage Italian leather, Japanese denim and vintage Japanese Obi silk.

Designed for everyday use, work and travel, practical details include quilted and adjustable shoulder straps, Riri zips, reinforced leather bases and pockets for keeping everyday essentials organised. Inside, our signature orange linings reference the original MA-1 flight jackets that inspired much of the collection.

The materials may have had a previous life but the bags are made for a long future. Variations in colour, texture and original detailing are part of their character, making each backpack subtly individual.
