Sustainable Bags Handmade in London - 

Eye catching bags made from what already exists. The Minnessak collection brings together crossbody bags, totes, backpacks and travel bags, individually handmade to order in London from repurposed, deadstock, recycled and vintage materials.

Repurposed MA-1 military flight jackets sit at the heart of the collection, alongside deadstock Halley Stevensons dry wax cotton, vintage Italian leather and recycled fabrics. Selected pieces use Japanese denim and vintage Japanese Obi silk, bringing different materials, textures and histories into the range.

Function comes first. Adjustable and padded shoulder straps, strong webbing handles, Riri zips, useful pockets and our signature orange interiors are combined with original seams, pockets and details retained from the materials wherever possible. From compact crossbody bags to generous totes, backpacks and travel bags, each style is designed to be carried, used and kept.

Working with existing materials means no two pieces need to be exactly the same. Differences in colour, texture, grain and original detailing become part of the finished bag, giving each one its own character.
